About me
I have been programming since 1999 and working as a developer since 2004: first websites as a freelancer under the SN.DESIGN brand, since 2011 full-stack development at ACCA software S.p.A., where I also lead the web team.
Open source is my passion: I maintain about ten Angular and Node.js libraries published on npm - 96,000+ downloads per month - including Fulmine.js, the third fastest framework on HttpArena and the first among the JavaScript ones. I contributed pull requests to Node.js core and to Angular, I was a WordPress core contributor (5.5) and I am the author of the «Speed Up» plugin series. I write about Angular, Node.js and performance on DEV Community.
My style has always been the same: clean, almost minimalist, without neglecting the user experience. With one extra obsession: performance. Benchmarks, profiling, understanding what a millisecond costs in production. And I can open a beer with anything: lighters, keys, and so on.
